Michael provides leadership of high-quality pedagogy with a focus on literacy and numeracy teaching, integrated within the national Early Years Learning Framework. Knowing children are competent and capable from birth, we hold high expectations to inspire every child on to deeper learning. Connecting with families and the broader community to foster a culture of belonging to support ongoing learning success.
