As Head of Primary Years, Jarrod leads the effective implementation of evidence-informed pedagogies and quality curriculum, and works with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches and language across the college. Designing and documenting processes and expectations that support staff to work together to create purposeful learning opportunities that meet the needs of all learners are encompassed within Jarrod’s role at Payinthi.
