To allow sufficient time to get the required documentation in place the following conditions apply:
- If you have not hired a facility at the college before we require a minimum 10 clear business days between your initial request and the proposed hire event/activity
- If you have hired a facility at the college before we require a minimum of 7 clear business days between your initial request and the proposed hire event/activity
- the above minimum requirements may need to be extended depending on the complexity/scale of your event/activity
- the college (and our facilities management team who have responsibility for working with you to complete the hire booking documentation) reserves the right to not proceed with your booking request if the lead time is not deemed to be sufficient.
