Key responsibilities 

Jess develops frameworks, systems and processes that ensure equity of learning for all. The inclusion model is responsive to the diversity of all learners and built on every child and young person’s fundamental right to a quality education with their same-age peers.   

Learning and wellbeing interventions minimise or eliminate barriers and improve learner outcomes using equitable, tiered, universally designed systems of support.
